Much like learning the choreography of a dance, perfecting the body language that’s displayed in an individual’s style of movement, stance, and gait requires focus, skill, and physical ability. Yana leads students through choreography specifically designed to improve posture, balance, core strength, hip and shoulder movements, and overall body alignment.

One of the biggest barriers standing in the way of reaching your fullest potential is constant self-doubt. Our body has the ability to reveal our deepest emotions, fears and insecurities. The key to overcoming personal insecurities is by connecting to your feelings and emotions and knowing that you’re in control of them. Yana will teach you how to accept and love yourself and the body that you have.

Walking with confidence sounds simple, yet the ability to convey a captivating presence isn’t inborn—it must be taught. Body movement alone is not enough. Having the self-confidence to do what you want, speak up for yourself, and most profoundly, be yourself. Yana shows you how to accentuate those qualities, bringing out the special part of yourself that may be hidden.

The foundation of having a great walk is embracing your uniqueness, strength and inner beauty. Yana allows you to experience a transformation within yourself, in preparation for the various challenges of everyday life, that is ultimately recognizable in your “signature walk.”

How do you carry yourself when you’re surrounded by others? Our facial expressions, body gestures and involuntary movements speak louder than the words.
